Zenith Tech Fair 5.0 Awards ₦140 Million to African Innovators

Lagos, Nigeria – Ten African innovators have shared a total cash prize of ₦140 million to scale their transformative solutions following a highly competitive hackathon and pitch session at the Fifth Edition of the Zenith Tech Fair. The event, themed “Future Forward 5.0: Tech for Success – Innovate, Adapt, Accelerate”, was held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The 2025 edition of the Zenith Tech Fair featured a dual-competition format, combining a high-stakes Hackathon for product development with a Startup Pitch Competition for early-stage ventures. The event attracted thousands of developers, founders, and entrepreneurs from across Africa, showcasing innovative solutions poised to address pressing challenges on the continent.

Participants demonstrated groundbreaking technologies and business models, with judges evaluating entries based on innovation, feasibility, and potential for impact.
