The agreement was announced during a “production lunch” held at the Élysée Palace, attended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria and President Emmanuel Macron of France.

President Tinubu, currently on a 10-day working vacation in Europe, shared the development with his followers via his verified X handle, @officialABAT.
