Former President Goodluck Jonathan is reportedly considering a return to active politics ahead of the 2027 general elections, with strong indications that he may align with the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Sources close to the former president disclosed that consultations are ongoing across political blocs as Jonathan assesses the feasibility of a comeback bid. The move, insiders say, follows growing discontent within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and skepticism over his possible return to the All Progressives Congress (APC), which backed him during the last election cycle.
