Tunde Bakare: I’m Under Serious Pressure to Join ADC

Founder of the Citadel Global Community Church and former presidential aspirant, Pastor Tunde Bakare, has revealed that he is under intense pressure from political associates and supporters to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Bakare, who contested the 2023 presidential election under the All Progressives Congress (APC), said many Nigerians are urging him to align with a platform that reflects his reformist ideals. Speaking in Lagos on Saturday, he noted that while he has not made a final decision, he is consulting widely to determine the best path for his political future. He emphasized that his goal remains to contribute to a new Nigeria built on justice, equity, and good governance.
