AGF Orders Multi-Agency Probe into Presidential Pardon Process

The Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) has directed a comprehensive multi-agency investigation into the recent presidential pardons granted to several convicted individuals. According to sources in the Ministry of Justice, the probe will involve the EFCC, ICPC, DSS, and the Nigeria Correctional Service to examine the criteria used in recommending pardon beneficiaries.
