Reports have emerged alleging that China secretly provided battlefield training to Russian troops before their deployment to the war in Ukraine, raising fresh concerns about Beijing’s level of involvement in the ongoing conflict.

According to sources familiar with intelligence assessments, the training reportedly focused on modern battlefield tactics, including the use of drones, surveillance technology, and combat coordination. The alleged exercises were said to have taken place discreetly before the Russian personnel were sent to frontline operations in Ukraine.
