Fubara Consults Tinubu on Rivers Peace Sustenance

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has met with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja to deliberate on sustaining peace and stability in the oil-rich state. The closed-door consultation comes amid concerns over renewed political tension following recent disagreements among stakeholders.

Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to working with the President to ensure that peace already restored in Rivers is not jeopardized. He stressed that dialogue, reconciliation, and federal support remain key to maintaining harmony.
