The Cuban government has accused the United States of allegedly fabricating security concerns against Havana as a possible justification for future military aggression and increased political pressure on the Caribbean nation.

The accusation follows reports suggesting that Washington has become increasingly concerned about Cuba’s alleged drone capabilities and its strengthening diplomatic and strategic relationships with Russia and Iran.

Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, claimed that the United States was “manufacturing a fraudulent case” against Cuba in an effort to justify stricter sanctions and greater international pressure.

According to Cuban officials, the concerns raised by Washington are politically motivated and part of a broader strategy aimed at portraying Cuba as a regional security threat. Havana insists that its international partnerships remain peaceful and lawful under international diplomacy.
