Nigeria Would Have Collapsed Without Prayers — PFN President, Bishop Oke
The President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Wale Oke, has declared that Nigeria would have completely collapsed if not for the continuous prayers and intercessions of Christians across the country. Speaking at a national interdenominational service in Ibadan, Oyo State, Bishop Oke stressed that the spiritual intervention of believers has preserved the nation amid political instability, economic hardship, and rising insecurity.
He urged the government to acknowledge the role of divine grace in sustaining national unity and peace, advising leaders to govern with the fear of God and a sense of justice. Oke also called on Christians to intensify prayers for Nigeria’s leaders, insisting that divine intervention remains the key to overcoming the country’s challenges.
The PFN leader encouraged the citizens not to lose hope, assuring that Nigeria will experience restoration and progress through collective faith and moral renewal.
