Yankari Game Reserve, located in Bauchi State, Nigeria, is the countryâs top wildlife and eco-tourism site. Spanning 2,244âŻkmÂČ of savannah terrain, it hosts over 50 mammal species, including Nigeriaâs largest elephant population, hippos, lions, antelopes, and more than 350 bird species. Visitors enjoy attractions like the Wikki Warm Spring, Marshall Caves, Dukkey Wells, and ancient iron smelting sites. The park features Wikki Camp with chalets, a museum, and safari tours.
