Documents reveal: WHO simulated a new GLOBAL-SCALE PANDEMIC!

At the end of last year, the World Health Organization quietly coordinated a large-scale pandemic simulation.

In December 2025, 31 countries and territories across the Western Pacific region participated in a simulation that the WHO described as “preparing for the next pandemic,” White House correspondent Natalie Winters reported.

Winters said:

“That wording was not commentary. It was the official name and purpose of the exercise.”

World Net Daily reports that the WHO posted about the exercise on Facebook, stating:

“Preparing for the next pandemic! 31 countries and territories across the Western Pacific took part in Exercise IHR Crystal to test their readiness for future ‘health emergencies.’”

“Simulations provide a vital opportunity to assess, strengthen, and address coordination challenges, as well as to practice teamwork before a real crisis occurs.”

Winters stated that the event took place over several weeks in December and “simulated the emergence of a new respiratory disease with the potential for international spread.”

“Participating governments were not asked to discuss theory. They were required to respond to alerts in real time, verify information, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate actions across agencies.”

In the description published by the WHO, it was emphasized that CRYSTAL was designed to examine how countries would respond during a new outbreak, not after it.

Officials highlighted the importance of “real-time information sharing,” “cross-sector coordination,” and decision-making under pressure.

“The way this exercise was presented is highly significant,” Winters said.

“The WHO did not describe this exercise as preparation for a hypothetical scenario. It repeatedly emphasized readiness for the ‘next pandemic.’”

“This was not a routine tabletop exercise. It lasted weeks, activated real airport and border systems, and modeled a fast-moving respiratory outbreak with global reach,” Vigilant Fox wrote on X.

“Do you think this is over? It’s not. They are already rehearsing the next phase.”
